Erica Lehmkuhl was born in Louisville, KY and entered the Army in 1994. She retired from 23 years Active Duty Army as a Signal Corps First Sergeant, E-8. Erica obtained her real estate license while still serving on active duty. She and her husband Jason, also an Army Veteran, served together as paratroopers and invested in real estate throughout their careers, while simultaneously raising a family and participating in multiple combat deployments and Airborne Operations.
Erica is now the owner/principal broker of Seaside Realty, a boutique brokerage located on the North Shore of Oahu. She is in the top 1% of agents on the island and services clients across Oahu. Her husband Jason is a licensed general contractor and together they own rental units and flip homes on Oahu while guiding investors to fulfill their dreams of investment and property ownership on the island.
