Raised in the beautiful Napa Valley, visiting the islands (my mother’s homeland) was my primary vacation getaway. After the 1989 quake in the Bay Area where I was currently living, the carnage made for an indication and opportunity to move to Hawaii. Maui was an island that was growing, and I wanted to be a part of it. Licensed in Real Estate in 1991, I was invited to work for a mortgage company. Learning the financial side was very satisfying and I stayed with them until the birth of my first child and eventually chose to stay home while we raised our 4 children. I slowly transitioned back into the workforce, and I was blessed to have some influential friends who recognized my talent and allowed me liberties in assisting with a recently privatized community. For over 14 years
I assisted in all areas of property management with a 1500+ complex, growing it into a multimillion-dollar profit and retirement seemed like the next chapter. I became restless and realized that I still had a desire to assist and educate people in an area that can be intimidating. One thing that holds true for success throughout every job, every position, and every relationship is trust, hard work, communication, honesty, and integrity; not necessarily in that order. I have been allowed an opportunity to help make dreams come true and to assist others in building a wealth portfolio that can be passed on to future generations. Blessed is an understatement!
